Neighborhood Community Forum and Town Hall Meeting
To Whom It May Concern:
Team Hodnett, as a community leader, is answering the call to action that is desperately needed in our neighborhoods. We are creating an opportunity for home owners in your neighborhood to participate in a Community Forum that will address and allow neighbors to respond proactively to the recent wave of foreclosures and next waves yet to come. Professionals will speak on the subjects of lender negotiation, short sales, "home saver" companies, investors, equity scams, bankruptcy, credit repair, court injunctions, relocating, etc...
Our focus is to provide our local residence with the power to help their neighborhoods reduce foreclosures and protect their home values.
We believe that by creating awareness we can empower our homeowners, their friends and families to take the best action possible for their given
situations and mitigate the damaging influence of foreclosures.

11-15-07 from 7:00 - 8:00 pm.

On November 15th Team Hodnett is going to be hosting a community town hall style event geared to bring awareness and options to neighborhoods with high rates of foreclosure. We would be honored to have a loss mitigation specialist from Homecomings there to answer any questions those in attendance will have related to loan modifications, forbearance, deed in lieu, short sale, foreclosure, etc…
