Founded in 2001 by David Gaona, the One Specialty companies began as a single entity, One Specialty Concrete. After many years working primarily with custom home builders on residential foundations, flatwork, and decorative concrete, One Specialty has since expanded to include a custom landscape and luxury swimming pool company, One Specialty Xteriors and One Specialty Pools.
