I have to say that Sharon Hodnett’s passion, commitment and knowledge blew me away when I was skeptical about hiring an agent to sell our home in 2005. We needed to sell our home in Fort Worth to be able to afford to move in our new home we were building. She quickly showed me her market analysis, marketing plans and aggressiveness with helping price my home. She took great pics and did a virtual tour to put online. Within two weeks a couple from Houston saw the virtual tour, made the trip to walk the house and made an offer on our home. The marketing was over the top and without the virtual tour; I don’t believe the buyer would have found us. We closed quick and were out in 30 days.
In 2011, when troubled times came upon our family, it was a no-brainer to contact Sharon again. That very much sums up all the things Sharon, Paula and members of Team Hodnett have done for us, the Quach Family, from the time we first started our meeting with Sharon on having our property at 314 Crestview Dr., Arlington, TX up for listing back on March 8th, 2009. After our first meeting, Sharon had left us a very good impression that we are in a very good hand of someone with numbers of years of expertise in areas of real estate business. She is very confident on what she does and as well as what she commits to. From the tips, advices, details on how certain things must be done etc., and especially the beautiful virtual tour and the weekly virtual tour report, I just cannot simply express my sincere appreciation for the extra miles that Sharon has taken, to get us to the finish line, i.e., closing the house last Thursday, 6/25/2009.

Thank you so much for selling our home. I have no doubt it was because you advertised so much in every possible venue. We had an agent before you that didn't advertise at all and we got no one to come thru the house. When you advertised we had someone almost every day. The more people that look through your house, the faster it will get off the market. Our escrow was awful but you kept diligently working and we finally got our buyer's loan through and we were on our way to our new home.
Sorry it's taken me a bit to write but just wanted to say thank you for everything. We did receive the gift card from Home Depot and will put it to good use. That was very thoughtful of you.
