Texas Realtor Sharon Hodnett, of Keller Williams Southlake, was recently ranked by REAL Trends in the top 1,000 agents across the nation.

REAL Trends identifies the country’s largest and most successful agents ranked by closed transaction sides and separately closed sales volume. This ranking is done in partnership with The Wall Street Journal.
“This is an exciting accomplishment for me that took nearly 30 years,” said Hodnett, founder of Team Hodnett at Keller Williams Southlake. “My mother taught me the real estate business in 1989. I started out humbly, working out of her small independent office.”
Hodnett’s mother also taught her that putting in a full day’s work would pay off and that sales is all about customer service. Because of the strong work ethic instilled by her mother, Hodnett, during the course of her distinguished decades- long career, has also been named one of the 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents in North Texas. Furthermore, Team Hodnett is a proud recipient of the “Pulse of the City” award for outstanding customer service.
